Getting Ready for 2026.

Parents are reminded that they are able to obtain a Parent Request Form from the school office to provide information of a significant nature, that the School may not be aware of and may have relevance for class formation for 2026. These forms need to be completed and returned to the office by Wednesday 12th November, to be considered in the class construction process.

Kids in Action Team Inspired and Enjoyed.

During the final week of Term 3, our enthusiastic Kids in Action Team had the wonderful opportunity to learn, connect, and be inspired at the Kids in Action Workshops and Conference, held at the beautiful Maroochy Botanical Gardens and Nambour Showgrounds.

This exciting event brought together young changemakers from across the region to share ideas and explore ways to make a positive difference in their communities. Our students represented our school with pride, curiosity, and creativity throughout the experience.

As part of their learning journey, the team also enjoyed a hands-on field trip to Cotton Tree, where they took part in three engaging activities — Dance, String Making, and Painting. Each activity encouraged teamwork, self-expression, and cultural understanding, leaving everyone feeling inspired and connected.

We are so proud of our Kids in Action Team for their enthusiasm, respect, and willingness to step up as young leaders. They’ve returned with fresh ideas and a renewed passion for making a difference in our school and beyond! The Kids in Action Team will also be involved in planting some trees in the local environment next week.

Year 3 Swimming

In Week 5, our Swimming Program will begin for students in Prep, Year 1, and Year 3. This exciting program provides students with the opportunity to develop confidence and essential water safety skills, while also having fun and keeping active.

Swimming is an important part of the curriculum and a valuable life skill. If you have not yet completed the consent form or made payment, please contact the school office to ensure your child doesn’t miss out on this fantastic learning experience.

End of Year Level One Rewards

In Week 10, all students who are on Level One will have the exciting opportunity to take part in the Motiv8 Sports Water Program as part of our end-of-year rewards celebrations. This fun and active program is always a highlight for students and a great way to finish the year on a positive note!

We would love to see all students participate in this special event. To be eligible, students need to continue demonstrating the 4Cs over the remaining seven weeks. Please keep an eye out for consent forms coming home soon.
