This term, our Prep students have been busy retelling familiar stories through their own picture books. The creativity and effort they’ve shown is truly impressive! Their vocabulary and sentence structure are developing beautifully—check out some of their amazing writing samples on display.

2026 Prep Enrolments

We’re nearing the end of our 2026 Prep enrolment period, with the final enrolment day scheduled for Thursday, 13th November. If you haven’t yet enrolled, now is the time—please contact the office to secure your appointment.

Our Prep Orientation Day for enrolled 2026 students will be held on Wednesday, 26th November. Please meet in the undercover area at 9:15am for a 9:30am start. This is an important morning where future Preps will spend time in a classroom with one of our Prep teachers and teacher aides, getting a taste of school life. While the children are engaged, our leadership team will host a parent information session covering everything you need to know about starting Prep at Baringa.

Level 1 Rewards Day

We’re thrilled to welcome Motiv8Sports for our Level 1 Rewards Day in Week 10! Prep to Year 5 students will enjoy a fun-filled day of water-based activities on the oval. Consent forms have been sent home this week. Meanwhile, our Year 6 students will be celebrating at Aussie World.

Skateboarding Program

Our popular skateboarding program for Year 3–4 students kicks off next Friday. This high-demand program always draws lots of interest. If you missed out this term, keep an eye out for Expressions of Interest for the 2026 intake, which will be released later this year.
