A Wonderful Start to Prep!

I am so pleased with how our Prep students have settled into school life this term! It has been a joy to see their confidence grow as they form friendships, engage in learning, and embrace the routines of school. A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated teachers, teacher aides, and support staff for creating such a warm and supportive environment. I would also like to acknowledge our wonderful parents and caregivers—your encouragement and involvement have played a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition into Prep.

Tadpoles Pre-Prep Playgroup

Today, we wrapped up our final Tadpoles Playgroup for the term, and what a fantastic morning it was! The children enjoyed a variety of activities, including story time and puppets on the mat with Mrs. Witton, creative table-top crafts, painting, car tracks (a special request from some of our little visitors), and, of course, the ever-popular home corner.

We are excited to welcome families back next term, with playgroup resuming on Friday, 2 May (Week 2 of Term 2). This is a wonderful opportunity for children aged 3–5 years to build confidence, make new friends, and become familiar with our school in a fun and supportive environment. Led by our experienced Prep teacher, Mrs. Molly Witton, and supported by our amazing Prep team, playgroup is a warm and welcoming experience for all families.

Enrol Now for Prep 2026!

We encourage families to enrol early to secure a time and day for their play-based enrolment interview that best suits them. Early enrolments also allow our Prep team and I to begin working with your child’s kindergarten or day-care to support a smooth transition into school.
